I’m so sorry you had such a tough experience with coaching. You came out with great advice though. Coaching is a very personal thing. The right coach depends on your personality and your needs, and those needs will be different at different points in your journey. Hiring a coach is similar to hiring any employee. Make sure you know what it is you need and then talk to several people to find the best match.
