Google Notebook LLM as a podcast builder, and a writing coach

I wrote an article about delegation. It was a bit longer than I’d intended.

I fed it to Google Notebook LLM. And it turned it into a podcast!

I’m pretty satisfied with the result as a podcast. The transitions were a little clunky. The takeaways weren’t quite what I’d want. But it’s a pretty good listen.

The even more unexpected thing though. The podcast ended up being one of the best writing coaching sessions I’ve ever had! Having AI summarize and discuss my ideas helped me see where I could be more succinct, more straightforward.

The tool will also provide a summary, FAQs, a study guide. You can upload multiple resources too.

I will probably rewrite the article and try it again to see how I can “tweak” the audio results. That’s the only downside right now, that you can’t do any editing or tweaking, at least not inside the tool.

Here’s my original article for reference:

How I learned to delegate

If you listen, I’d love your feedback. Both on the “podcast” itself and on the material.

Have you tried Google Notebooks? What do you think?
